Thanks for visiting.

I'm the Tufts Health Plan Professor of Health Care Policy and Assistant Professor of Public Health and Community Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine. Before joining Tufts, I received my PhD in Public Administration and Policy from Rockefeller College, SUNY-Albany.

My research applies both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand the effectiveness and feasibility of policies. I'm particularly interested in topics of obesity, food, nutrition, health disparity, and local health departments.

Where to find me

Conferences that I regularly attend are American Public Health Association (APHA) and Agricultural & Applied Economics Association (AAEA). I also attend Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management (APPAM) meeting sometimes.
